Who Muriel is

Muriel, originally from Toronto, designs with the intent to prioritize and foster an understanding of the natural environment to guide regenerative design principals. She’s had the opportunity to learn regenerative design in southern climates (Phoenix and Arizona) as well as exploring passive systems within extreme northern conditions (Whitehorse and Yukon). Away from work, Muriel relishes the peace of her South-Eastern Ontario cabin, immersing in nature. She blends her love for skiing, hiking, and running into a balanced lifestyle. Her passion for travel also enriches her designs, drawing from diverse cultural and landscape inspirations.

“Architecture thrives when design and environmental stewardship harmonize for a resilient future.”

Giving

To fulfill our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, every member of the Unity team has chosen an organization that aligns with their personal values and purpose. Unity has made a donation on behalf of each team member to their chosen organization.

“I am choosing to support the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Toronto Central Council. Directing my contributions towards their two camps, the Marygrove Camp for girls, and Camp Ozanam for boys. This organization provides children facing financial or domestic challenges to partake in camping experiences, creating lasting memories, and valuable friendships. Having personally benefited from the transformative impact of camp life, I recognize the influence camp has in positively shaping a child's character, skill sets, and confidence.”
