With over fifty-five years of providing comprehensive design services, the firm's new name underpins an evolving focus on uniting people through design.
According to Design Principal, Michael Gallant, the decision to change to Unity Design Studio was driven by a desire for a name that truly reflects the firm's values and direction. “Unity captures the essence of what we do - bringing people together through design, bridging gaps between the tangible and intangible, the built and the natural, the individual and the collective.”

To enhance its services, Unity is expanding its footprint with the opening of two new studios in Collingwood and Kitchener. These additional locations signify Unity's commitment to broadening its reach and influence in design. The Collingwood studio will focus on leveraging the area's unique geographic and cultural landscape to inspire innovative design solutions. Meanwhile, the Kitchener studio will tap into the region's vibrant urban development and growth. Both studios will house expert teams, equipped with the latest in design technology and guided by Unity's ethos of collaboration, community engagement, and sustainability. This expansion not only brings Unity closer to its clients across the province but also positions the firm to influence and contribute to the local architectural landscape significantly.
